The San Felipe Residence marks Keith Roberti Design's second Baja California project — a ground-up luxury build on a dramatic coastal site overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Like all our work, the design begins with place: the desert light, the water, the silence.

Currently under construction, this home will be completed in 2026. Full project documentation — including photography, material details, and process notes — will be published upon completion.
